Lend a Hand Bahamas was founded to bring more activities and opportunities to socio-economically disadvantaged areas of the Bahamas. Currently, we are planning and implementing new programs and projects in certain areas of the Bahamas with the long-term goals of connecting with others to offer a collaborative approach towards solving problems especially in more urban areas of the country.

Currently, we are fundraising the remaining funds needed to construct our new 4800 sqft Community Center near downtown Nassau and to support our ongoing educational programs while the Center is being constructed in 2022.

The new Center will feature a STEM Lab, Computer Room, Reading Room, Recording Studio, Culinary Training Kitchen, and a "Makers Space". Special emphasis will be placed on workforce development and entrepreneurship, especially for young women.
